To qualify for a cashback, you must: 

1. Reside in the Greater Sydney area and your postcode must be listed in the promotion Terms and Conditions.

2. Have completed a Summit Day Climb, Burrawa Climb, Summit Insider Day Climb or Special Offer Unlocked Climb, or Summit Insider climb between 1 June and 31 August 2022.

3. Make your claim before 30 September 2022. 

During the promotion dates, you must submit a claim at (Bridgeclimbcashback.com.au) by uploading climb details, your booking ID and a copy of your NSW drivers licence (or other approved form of photo identification that includes your official residential address). 

If your claim is approved, you will receive an SMS from The Card Network prompting you to download your Digital Prepaid Mastercard within 3 business days after claim submission. 

You will then have three months to download your card and 12 months to use your Digital Prepaid Mastercard. 

 We accept a NSW Driver’s licence, NSW digital Driver’s licence or a NSW photo card.

No. You can choose how and where you spend the funds on your Digital Prepaid Mastercard. Any remaining balance after a transaction will stay on your card if it has not reached its expiry date. 

Consider gifting the digital card to a family member or friend. All you need to do is forward the SMS to their number, they can then follow the prompts to download the gift card. 

You can check your balance through the TCN app. 

No, gift cards are not reloadable. 

Check out the following reasons your card may not be working: 

1. The balance you have nominated is not available. Check your balance in the TCN app 

2. Your gift card has expired. You must download the gift card to your phone’s digital wallet within 3 months and use your gift card within 12 months.

Once the gift card has expired, the remaining value will no longer be available. We encourage you to use your gift card before it expires. 

Gift cards should be treated like cash and kept in a secure place. Unfortunately, we cannot replace a card under any circumstances.
